Job Description:

The postholder will collaborate closely with the Education Governance Manager to offer comprehensive assistance for the Fitness to Practice (FtP) processes at the School. This encompasses the implementation of modifications to regulations established by governing bodies and locally defined guidance, as well as the provision of information to both students and personnel regarding any updates. Throughout the procedures, the position will offer continuous assistance to students and staff.

The post holder will also support the Education Governance Manager in guaranteeing that the School’s education governance processes are adhered to, which includes the management of disciplinary cases, appeals, complaints, Freedom of Information requests, and student society regulations. Furthermore, the postholder will assist counterparts in the completion of accreditation processes and collaborative and partnership agreements.

The position will also provide high-level administrative support for Postgraduate Research (PGR) activities within the School and assist with communications at the School level, in addition to governance activities.
