  • Retention Payments: Up to £2,000 for 2-5 years of service

These positions will be located within the Direct Payment Review Team and will operate under a hybrid working model that incorporates weekly meetings in Ipswich.

What You Will Need:

• A social service qualification that is pertinent
• Currently registered with Social Work England (or awaiting registration if recently qualified)
• Access to personal transportation and a legitimate driver’s license
• Demonstrating excellent practice and offering guidance in intricate situations, as well as having experience in social work
• Experience in chairing meetings that involve clients, families, carers, and multi-agency professionals, as well as a comprehensive understanding of current legislation and guidance
• The capacity to establish effective relationships with the local community and partner agencies to assist vulnerable adults.
