The Estates and Facilities Directorate is comprised of the Stores Person position, which is instrumental in the department’s operations. The position entails the management of stock control for the DLO and facilities teams, thereby guaranteeing the seamless deliverance of reactive, planned, and statutory maintenance services across all campuses and surrounding areas. The position is located at our Bedford Road stores, and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual with a strong team ethos. The candidate should have experience in a maintenance environment, as well as previous store experience. Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and relevant store experience. The position necessitates the capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision, while simultaneously upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy. Furthermore, the candidate may be required to complete additional responsibilities that are pertinent to the operational environment.

Independent work is a requirement of the position; however, the successful candidate must also be at ease with interacting with contractors, service providers, and staff, and should have strong communication and customer service skills.
