37 contracted hours per week are available for these positions in Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, and Shotts (ML1, ML2, ML4, ML7), which are comprised of day shifts and back shifts. Additionally, there is the potential for additional hours and overnight sleepovers. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one or two-on-one care to the individuals we support who have complex support requirements in their dwellings and the local community. You will be accountable for facilitating their participation in their chosen activities for the day, as well as assisting them with their personal hygiene, attire, medication, communication, and mealtimes. As well as assisting with their daily living routines and care requirements, you will be accountable for ensuring that they attend college, appointments, recreational activities, and social events.
