Childlight, a global organization dedicated to child safety, is currently seeking a Finance Manager to ensure that we fulfill our regulatory and contractual obligations when it comes to budget management and reporting to funders.
You will be responsible for the financial operations of the organization, which encompass the provision of financial reports to a variety of stakeholders, such as the Childlight Senior Leadership Team and Steering Board, and the development of monthly forecasts and reviews. The position is responsible for the oversight of financial planning operations, including scenario modeling and annual budgeting, in addition to the maintenance of effective and resilient financial procedures and controls.
This position is full-time (35 hours per week) and fixed-term until April 30, 2026. We are amenable to consideration of part-time or flexible working arrangements. We are also amenable to considering requests for hybrid working, which involves a combination of regular on-campus employment and remote work within the United Kingdom. This arrangement is non-contractual.
